Public Hearing (#2 of 2) was held June 1, 2022, 6:30 pm during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors at the Buellton City Council Chambers, 140 West Highway 246, Buellton, California. In addition, remote participation in the meeting was conducted pursuant to AB361 due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency, the posted agenda for the meeting provided a remote teleconference option for public participation in the meeting.

Public Hearing was continued to June 1, 2022.
