How often does SYRWCD send Groundwater Production Statements?Groundwater Production Statements are sent twice a year, at the beginning of January and July. They are due by the end of that month. Customers should mail completed Statement(s) and Method Form(s) with checks to P.O. Box 719, Santa Ynez, CA 93460. Payment by credit card is also available.
